WHO WE ARE
Sawtooth Crossfit offers a workout program that isn’t your typical boot camp or spin class. Our program offers real, lasting results. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like keeping up with and picking up our kids or moving that bag of dog food from the trunk to the shelf.
Sawtooth Crossfit achieves this by basing our program off of the three most important and interdependent facets of any fitness program, Safety, Efficacy, and Efficiency.
