A one-on-one introductory program for beginners to Crossfit style workouts designed to teach our fundamental movements that will prepare you for class participation. This Element program consists of 7 one-on-one, 1-hour sessions with one of our coaches scheduled at a time convenient for you.
This introductory course will teach you technique and movement mechanics on how to perform the following movements safely and correctly:
- Variable forms of the Squat
- Weight Training: Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, and Various other forms of lifting
- Basics of Gymnastics
Each Elements class will consist of instruction and review of specific movements and will include a workout that emphasizes movements you covered in your session.
Finally, this program will introduce and prepare you to the constantly varied high intensity workouts that are performed on a daily basis in our regular Crossfit classes.
